2. We do not use "cookies" on our websites but if you access other websites from links on ours we have no control over any technology or information gathering you may encounter there.

We do solicit your name and email address for our free newsletter "The Ozarks Update" and may occasionally add an interested contact's email address to our newsletter list even though they have not accessed the normal request form. Easy unsubscribe instructions appear at the bottom of each newsletter.

If you email us for information, we may keep your email address for a period of time and follow-up with more information and requests as to whether or not you are still interested in our properties. You can request removal from our follow-up list at any time and we will gladly comply without question.
5. We may collect some non-personal demographic information and site usage data to help us better understand where our customers are coming from, and to tailor our promotional efforts more efficiently.
6. We sometimes quote complimentary remarks made about us in our testimonial pages, but do so anonymously, revealing only a first name and a state/province or country, and will remove even those by request of the writer.
7. If you access our order/payment forms, we will gather the necessary information to complete the transaction. In most cases we do not even receive the number of your credit card, the service is taken care of by a reliable third party provider such as Authorize-net or PayPal and you are transferred from our website to their secure servers before your data moves over the Internet.
8. We use other third party service providers such as "Mapblast" that have their own privacy policies. We suggest that you review the privacy policy of third parties before providing your personal information to them, we have no control over websites that are not our own.
9. We are an ePublicEye "Registered Safer Shopping Site". Our customers are free to supply publicly available reports on how we are doing. If you have a problem with us, we'd very much appreciate you letting us know before giving us a negative review - we'll do our very best to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
